Pondside was originally built as a caretakers cottage in 1970 with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a combination living room/kitchen upstairs, and a full floor storage basement downstairs. The downstairs was later divided into a 3rd bedroom and bath and utility area and a 2 car garage.

There is a deck along the upper floor that overlooks a private pond. Glass on two sides of the living area wash the room with sunshine and create the feeling of being outside. The house is approximately 2100 square feet, including the garage.
