Skyscape Barn was originally built in the 1920's as a dairy barn. It was refurbished in 1970 as a meeting place for the Transcendental Meditation Center that the Morosani family operated at the time. It was subsequently converted into a Summer Rental in the 1980's. In 1997 it was completely done over into a luxury year round rental complete with gunite swimming pool.
Skyscape is approximately 5500 square feet. The main section of the Barn features a 30' by 60' downstairs room with several dividers. The Western side has the living room section that opens out on a 450 sq ft deck overlooking a 25 acre private lake and 5 mile sunset views to the West. The Eastern side of the room has the dining area and a cozy fireplace nook. |

There is a large eat-in kitchen with restaurant-style kitchen appliances and a huge pantry with a washer and dryer.

The main living quarters is on the floor above the living room and consists of a Master Bedroom. |

The Master bath is spacious and is lit by its own skylight. It has a Jacuzzi and separate shower. |

On the other end of the barn facing Wigwam Road is the 2nd Master Bedroom. |

The third bedroom is beween the two Master Bedrooms. It shares a bathroom with the 2nd Master Bedroom and it has its own dormer facing south. |
| The three guest rooms are unique and consist of one bedroom and one bathroom on each of three separate floors in the two silos that are adjacent to the main barn structure. The top two silo rooms have extraordinary views to the west, while the bottom floor silo has the benefit of a private entrance that enjoys easy access to the swimming pool area. | |

The Living Area consists of partitioned Living Room on the West side of the buiding that overlooks the lake. There is a 450 square foot deck overlooking the lake. |

The Deck overlooks a private 25 acre lake that provides a stupendous Sunset view. |

At the other end of the 1st Floor is the Dining Area. |

Next to the Dining Area is the Fireplace. |

Opposite the main door entrance is an antique Hobby Horse. |

There are large lawns to the front and rear of the barn, and the swimming pool area is fenced off for safety. |
